Shara JJ Cooper - SAM
Shara JJ Cooper started writing professionally in 2000. She's worked for three community newspapers including the Lac La Biche Post, the Northwest Weekly, and the Rimbey Review. She has freelanced for such publications as the Nanaimo News Bulletin, Sweetgrass, and Windspeaker. Cooper began writing after finishing her two-year Diploma in Journalism from Kwantlen Polytechnic University in Richmond, British Columbia.
In the fall of 2000 Shara worked in Tokyo as a paginator during the Sydney Olympics. She also taught ESL in Chile and Japan
